Never eat anything on the plane, eat at appointed times at the destination
Decline the Airline Breakfast
Take at Short One Hour Nap upon arrival, then Get Up
Go out and walk in the sunshine
We prefer to arrive in the morning as early as possible, but the best advice is to arrive in the afternoon
Stop drinking caffine three days before departure, then resume upon reaching destination
Drink no alcohol on plane, only water, get up and walk on plane
“Sleep on Plane” (how is that possible and how can you resist the wonderful selection of movies?)
